Job description

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and HR activities. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records management, and HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of HR processes. Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees. Assist in attendance management and leave tracking. Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures. Help prepare HR reports and documentation. Support payroll coordination and other HR administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with company HR policies. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information. Good organizational and time-management skills.
